CLEAR Moto does not provide motorcycle rentals for any of our training or riding events. Please bring and rider your own motorcycle (personal, a friend’s, or rented).
It is your responsibility to have a well maintained and sound motorcycle for any CLEAR Moto training or riding event. We understand that mechanical failures can happen, yet we request that if you know your motorcycle to be temperamental, please understand that our coaches have a responsibility to the rest of the riders in the group and cannot provide assistance during a breakdown.
You may be on your own to handle a repair and/or tow. We are not in the business of leaving you behind, so please avoid that by riding a reliable motorcycle for training and/or a riding event. Thank you.

Group Training Courses
Training will continue in poor weather. In the very rare case that weather is severe and dangerous enough CLEAR Moto may elect to reschedule and/or cancel training (in the case of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund, excluding the non-refundable travel costs when applicable).
If you do not attend training due to weather and training has not been canceled, you will NOT receive a refund.
The training location and/or the curriculum order may change due to current weather conditions. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we highly value safety for students and staff.
Private Coaching Session
Your coach may reach out to reschedule your private coaching session for another date if weather is going to be unsafe or down right unpleasant.

You are responsible for your own actions and decisions and actions regarding your participation in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. This includes your actions both on and off a motorcycle.
Operating and being around motorcycles can result in injury and/or harm to yourself and/or others. By scheduling, paying for, signing the waiver, and participating in any CLEAR Moto training and/or event, you are accepting any and all risks and responsibilities associated with motorcycle riding.
All participants/riders are required to complete the CLEAR Moto waiver of liability, and any other required waivers or forms prior to participating in any CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training. Refusing to do so will revoke your scheduled training and you will not be allowed to participate in CLEAR Moto - Motorcycle Rider Training.
We request you provide us with any important medical information which is important to know in the case of an emergency. This information will always remain confidential and only ever be discussed with emergency responders charged with your care. You will have a private opportunity to do this on the sign-up page for any training or riding event.
If you have any further questions or would like clarification on any parts of this policy, please contact us.

All riders who participate in a CLEAR Moto training and/or riding event will be required to read and sign our waiver.
There may be more than one waiver to sign if the training and/or riding event is in collaboration with another person, business, land owner, or entity.
The refusal to read and sign, or you deliberately disrespecting the waiver will result in having to deny you participation of training and/or the ride event.
Guardians of minors will need to sign on behalf of their minor.
