Meet Up & Time: KSU 11:15 am at the Valero fuel station on Tramway and I-25 (across from Sandia Casino).

Mileage oneway: Approximately 56 miles of pavement riding.

Route: West on Tramway/Roy Ave to 4th st. Quick jog on Alameda to connect with Rio Grande Blvd heading south. Taking that all the way to Old Town and turning right on Central Ave. Crossing the river and turning south on Atrisco Dr. SW. Left onto Arenal Rd SW heading east. Turning right onto Isleta Blvd SW. Making a jog over to NM 47 at Isleta Pueblo. In Peralta we’ll cut east and take Peralta Blvd, La Ladera Rd, and Manzano Expressway into Belen for lunch.

Fuel: Please fuel up before we leave. Route is approximately 56 miles. There are plenty of places to get fuel after lunch if needed.

Return to Albuquerque: Riders have the option of going their own way back home. We will either retrace our steps or take another route home. This is often discussed over lunch and small groups form for those that want different options.

Note: The route is all paved. The restaurant has a gravel parking lot. It’s going to be chilly, so be ready for that.

Weather: This ride is based largely on weather. If the roads are slick, or the forecast calls for snow, this ride will be rescheduled.
