What to Expect

Cassie will provide a fun, upbeat, knowledgable, and skill-based experience for your customers and staff.
Cassie will mention your dealership, services, and BMW products as often as possible while still remaining genuine and organic.
Cassie will steer customers back to your dealership throughout her event.
Cassie will always act and speak professionally with customers and staff, representing BMW Motorrad, your dealership, and her own brand.
Please have payment ready at time of service.
You will receive a quote of total costs to confirm that we both agree on the event layout and cost.
An itemized invoice will be sent to you in advance so you can submit the event to BMW NA.
Speaking Fee: Please see the event you are interested in for pricing.
Travel Fee: starting at $200
You will receive a quote for your desired BMW Expert Experience.

Clinics & Workshops
You will be sent an itemized invoice no less than a month prior to your event to be submitted to BMW NA.
We will provide you with pre-made advertising if you'd like. Please provide us with your logo to add to marketing material.
We will send you our logo and verbiage if you have your own marketing team.
We will post on Instagram, Facebook, and our CLEAR Moto weekly newsletter.
All riding BMW Expert Experiences will have insurance coverage via AMA or another insurance provider.
Non-riding events do not need insurance. If you would like coverage for those events, there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of adding insurance.

All CLEAR Moto riding or engine-on events will require a waiver be signed by all participants. This includes you or any of your staff who ride during an event.
You are welcome to include your own dealership waivers as well.
CLEAR Moto does not provide food or drink.
If you would like to provide food and drink for your customers, please arrange that on your own.
Generally, we will continue with the event in poor weather so long as it is safe.
Rider and staff safety are a priority. If weather conditions are such that the risk of injury is too great, the event may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Cassie can drive or fly to your dealership.
Drive: If Cassie drives, she'll bring her own motorcycle and CLEAR Moto 10x10 pop-up tent.
Fly: If Cassie flies in, she kindly asks that you provide her with a motorcycle for the event.
There are separate travel costs associated with driving or flying. Please see "Cost" in this FAQ for more info.
Please schedule your BMW Expert Experience with Cassie Maier no less than two months in advance. This allows both parties to sufficiently advertise for the event.
No event will be booked with less than six weeks notice.
Once you approve the quote, your event is confirmed. You'll receive an a payment link and itemized invoice which can then be submitted to BMW NA.
Marketing material will be promptly sent to you once the quote and event have been confirmed.
