Demonstrations, discussions, and hands-on experiences for your customers which will peak their interest and encourage them to try or learn something new.

All presentations are knowledge and skill based. Some material is based on Cassie’s personal experience from riding thousands of on-road and off-highway miles, as an enthusiast, coach, and guide.

All clinics are engine-off or without a motorcycle all together. Perfect for an indoor experience during the cold riding months. Also great as an addition to a training experience, performed the night before.

Moto Camping Clinic

Moto Camping is a really fun way to travel on a motorcycle, in Cassie’s opinion. She has covered a lot of miles, camping along the way, and will draw from her personal experiences and discuss what she uses for gear.

  • Motorcycle camping is one of the coolest things to do (in our opinion). Though it can seem big and scary for riders that have never tried it before.

    The Moto Camping Clinic will discuss what to take, and how to pack. Cassie will also cover topics such as hard or soft luggage options, how much water to carry, and safe places to sleep. She’s is pulling from her personal experiences camping off her motorcycle both as a street rider and an adventure rider.

  • The following elements will be discussed during the Moto Camping Clinic:

    • What to Pack: Wants vs Needs

    • Luggage Options: Hard vs Soft luggage

    • Tools and Gear: Tools, Camping gear, and Riding gear

    • On-Road and Off-Road Camping: Getting there, Fees, and Etiquette

    • Food and Water: How much do you need, Where to get it

    •  Weather Ready: Hot, Cold, Wet, etc.

    • Sleep Comfortably: Figure out your personal sleep setup for successful rest

    • Go Alone or With Someone: Risk management and communication

  • Indoor

    Presentation and discussion.

  • 1 - 2 hours for the Moto Camping Clinic

  • At your dealership or venue of choice.

  • Unlimited.

  • If Cassie drives to your dealership she will bring her camping gear for display. If she flies, she will show images of her gear. Your staff are welcome to bring their gear in for display as well.

    She will pull from her experiences Moto Camping. Sharing her personal recommendations for the do's and don'ts of camping off a motorcycle.

  • A screen or projector that a computer can plug into.

    A table or two for gear display.

    If Cassie has brought her own motorcycle, she can display that as well. If you prefer, a showroom model with BMW luggage, that can be displayed instead.

  • There will be no need for a waiver or insurance for this event. It does not involve any motorcycle handling or riding.

Cassie’s Experiences Presentations

Cassie’s Experiences Presentations will draw from Cassie’s personal experiences ranging from conquering the Alpine Loop in the San Juan mountains in Southern Colorado to learning to ride a standard height GS as a short 5’4” rider.

  • Cassie’s Experiences Presentations are a way to share her personal experiences and rides with your customers. A story-telling opportunity as well as shining light on the how to’s or what to brings for these kind of trips, journeys, or adventures.

  • Options include:

    • Riding the Big Bend, Texas BDR-X

    • Riding the NM BDR

    • Tackling the Alpine Loop in the San Juan Mountains of southern Colorado

    • Learning to ride a boxer GS as a 5’4” woman

  • Indoor

    Presentation. Story-telling with video and images.

    Q&A.

  • 1 - 2 hours for a presentation, including Q & A.

  • At your dealership or venue of choice.

  • Unlimited. Space permitting.

  • Cassie will provide a story of her personal experiences with your customers.

    Showing pictures (and video when available) of her ride experience.

  • A screen or projector (one which can plug into a computer). Ideally with a tech-check before the presentation.

    Chairs for seating. Tables are optional and not required.

  • Experience Presentation: $600

Ladies Only Events

Ladies Only Events can be anything. Just make it for a women only audience. Create a comfortable, safe, and supportive space for your women customers and build trust and rapport with them regarding your dealership.

  • Take any BMW Expert Experience and turn it into a Ladies Only event. Highlight your women customers and provide an experience just for them, hosted by Cassie Maier.

    The woman rider segment in motorcycling is growing fast. Be the dealership that women trust. Start with bringing in a woman rider. Cassie Maier has a lot of experience in a variety of different spaces within the motorcycle industry and she’s ready to make any event a special one for the ladies.

  • Take any BMW Expert Experience by Cassie Maier and make it a Ladies Only event.

    The subject matter is based on what you pick. We'll discuss the details.

  • Based on the event you choose.

    Clinics and Workshops are typically unlimited.

    Training and Riding experiences typically max out at 15 riders.

  • Cassie Maier can turn any of her BMW Expert Experiences into a Ladies Only event.

    Cassie will focus on many of the same elements as a co-ed course, and tweak it for an all-women audience.

    Women want to feel safe, feel confident, and be taken seriously. Women also have much of the spending control within a household (“let me check with my wife”). Give them a dealership experience that builds trust and loyalty. They will tell their friends.

  • Depends on the event you choose.

  • The need for waivers and/or insurance is based on the event you choose.

    Any event that has riders handling a motorcycle will require a waiver.

    Any event that has riders riding a motorcycle will have insurance.
